Check-In and Appointments

To maximize your experience, please check in 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This allows time for a personalized consultation and time for relaxation. We regret that late arrivals may not receive the full benefit of services provided.
It is recommended that appointments be made as far in advance as possible. To ensure your preferred appointment time, we recommend you reserve your next visit prior to leaving the spa.

Cancellation Policy

In order to provide our guests with earliest possible appointment times, we require at least a 24-hour advance notice of appointment cancellation or rescheduling. Any cancellation less than 24 hours will be charged 50% of the full service charge. No shows will be charged 100% of the full service charge. All reservations are confirmed with a credit card. Gratuities are not included with individual spa or salon services. An 18% gratuity is included in the total price of all Cascata Spa and Salon Packages.
To ensure all of our guests receive a soothing experience, we ask that you please turn off all cell phones and pagers. Children are not permitted in the spa unless receiving services.
